Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by the following methods: Credit card payment with Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Maestro. The payment process is carried out using Barclaycards ePDQ online secure payment system.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland) and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles and the Channels Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and a slightly longer delivery lead time.

Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work. Your order will be delivered by a national parcel carrier and can arrive between 8.00am and 6.00pm. A signature will be required for all goods.(Except for smaller first class post items) In order to assist us with claims for damage or shortages please inspect your parcel(s) carefully before the driver leaves and note on the carrier paperwork if there are any signs of damage or shortages. You must inform us of any equipment shortages or problems with the specification within three working days of collection/delivery. If you are out when the parcel carrier arrives the driver will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot. For delivery of goods outside the United Kingdom please email us with your details and we will contact via email within 24 hours.

Delivery Schedule
All products available online are subject to a separate carriage charge in addition to the prices shown on the vehicle price lists. The carriage charge depends on the size and weight of the products ordered. All carriage charges are clearly shown throughout the checkout process. From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver you goods to you within 5 working days providing the goods are in stock. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.
Equipment is dispatched from Bott Ltd in sub-assembled kit form complete with fixings. Where applicable fitting instructions are supplied and should be adhered to. Bott Ltd cannot accept responsibility for equipment failure if not installed in accordance with the instructions supplied.

Back Orders
We will ship your order using the shipping method that you have chosen above. Most of our advertised parts are in stock and ready to ship. However some exclusive parts are ordered especially for our customers once payment is received. Your chosen shipping method will be used once your order is in stock. If we have most of your order in stock but a few parts on "Backorder" then we will often ship the parts that we have and make a second shipment (usually at our own expense and discretion) when these are in stock. We want you to be extremely satisfied with our service and rely on your recommendations to others.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
